Privacy Policy

Akiva Solutions LLC ("we," "us") operates psbytes.com and publishes the PS Console software. This policy describes what we collect — which is very little, by design.

1. This website

• No cookies. psbytes.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for on this site.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard request metadata (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

2. Early-access email

If you email us requesting early access, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it only to respond to you and to communicate about PS Console. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to unrelated lists. Ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

3. The PS Console software

• Local-first. PS Console runs on your computer and stores its data as plain files on your machine. We do not receive, host, or have access to your data. The software sends no telemetry to us.
• AI providers you configure. If you connect PS Console to an AI service (a CLI you're logged into, or a model endpoint you run), content you route there is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy, using your own account. Choose providers consistent with your obligations to your clients.
• Updates. Checking for updates contacts the code-hosting service that distributes the software (a standard git fetch); we receive no information from it.

4. Your rights

Because we hold almost no personal data, most rights requests (access, deletion) apply only to email correspondence you've sent us — write to us and we'll handle it. We do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act.

5. Children

The Services are for working professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change; the date above reflects the current version.
